Thank you for your interest in one of our puppies! Each of our puppies has a little piece of our hearts, and it is important to us to match each with just the right family. There are no right or wrong answers to these questions.
Please answer completely and truthfully. 
Because we love our puppies forever, families who are selected to bring one home will be expected to sign a contract that includes keeping in touch with us and returning the dog to us if, at anytime during his or her life, the family is no longer able to care for him or her. PLEASE READ BEFORE APPLYING FOR A PUPPPY
Note that you need to be over 18 years old in order to have your application considered.
